Cost Settings module includes:

Annual Budgets, Expense Register, Consultant Costs, Revenue Register, Daily Takings Register, Petty Cash Register, Door Counts, Daily Manday Counts & relevant reports.

User Security Accounts and Access Settings

The database is split into four (4) main User modules includes sub Users, ALL modules are fully intergrated but each User Group can only see the modules allocated to their Security Access.

Administator User Access:

Database Administrators can access & view ALL database modules including Setting up & Editing User Accounts and Setting Up and Finalising EOM Stocktakes.

Full User Access:

Full User's can access & view ALL database modules except they cannot access User Accounts or Setup or Finalise EOM Stocktakes.

HR User Access:

Restricted to the HR module only - Employees tab to Shifts tab

Catering User Access:

Restricted to the Catering module only - Stock tab to Cost Settings tab.
